What's your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1 case. If you order 2 or more cases, you will qualify for FREE shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the U.S. is free on all orders of 2 or more cases.

Orders of 1 case will have a flat shipping rate of $25.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products ship to you with standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

All retail orders come with a 5 day money back guarantee. Items must be unopened and in new condition.

Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price.

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

What if I my order is lost, incorrect, or damaged?

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival.

Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Doggy Do Good within 10 days of receipt for inspection.

Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced.

In both circumstances, a refund will not be given.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our fulfillment center moves pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed.

You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already been processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it.

Can I sell Doggy Do Good products online?

You can sell Doggy Do Good products on your website, however you can not sell Doggy Do Good products through any online auction sites or marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay and others.

Are your products certified?

Yes! Our premium pet waste bags are all Certified Home-Compstable (EN 13432) by OK Compost & TÜV AUSTRIA, international certification bodies authorized by European Bioplastics.

Our biodegradable (100% pure bamboo) pet grooming wipes are vegan, cruelty-free & Leaping Bunny Certified, the Corporate Standard of Compassion for Animals.

Where are your products manufactured?

Currently, our bags are ethically sourced from Dongguan City (China), where our great friends Joyce and Nuna oversee the production.

It took the creators of Doggy Do Good (Dave and Cara) over a year of research to create this product and there was not a single US manufacturer that created a high quality product (with zero polyethylene plastic - no EPI or OXO additives) along with the price point that would allow them to donate a portion of proceeds to animal welfare and environmental non-profits.
